Welcome to RevHaus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevHaus mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Seek help and advice from the community

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RevHaus
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. USER CONDUCT

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post false or misleading information

6. CAR MEETS AND EVENTS

6.1 Event Organization

• Users may organize car meets through the Service
• Organizers are responsible for ensuring events comply with local laws and regulations
• RevHaus is not responsible for the conduct of participants at car meets

6.2 Participation

• Participation in car meets is at your own risk
• You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• RevHaus is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or damages that occur at car meets

7. SHOP REVIEWS

7.1 Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be based on actual experiences
• Reviews must be truthful and accurate
• We may require verification of service before publishing reviews

7.2 Review Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Reviews may be subject to approval by administrators

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Service Ownership

• The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by RevHaus
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevHaus, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
